Every batch is tested before it leaves. Anything under 99% is destroyed — not discounted, not resold, not quietly relabelled. You get the certificate for your exact batch, emailed the day it ships.
Order by 1:00 PM EST and it ships the same day
Every listing publishes its release standard, full specification, and the batch certificate for the lot you receive.
Freeze-dried research materials, each released to the same ≥99% HPLC standard and published with its own certificate.
Browse → Laboratory supplyA general laboratory supply, sold separately from the reference materials and listed in its own category.
Browse → For labs & groupsVolume pricing below the public pack rates, invoicing per shipment, and reserved batch allocation for studies.
See terms →Every vial ships with the test certificate for its own batch. If anything you receive doesn't meet the purity printed on that certificate, we replace the order free and refund what you paid.
You don't ship anything back. You don't fill in a form. That's the entire policy — it fits in two sentences because it doesn't need an escape clause.
Nothing ships on an assumption. Every batch is tested against the same fixed standard, and the results travel with it — you get the numbers for the batch in your box, not a figure carried over from an older one.
A batch that misses specification is not relabelled or downgraded — it is destroyed. Retention samples are archived for every batch, so any material we have ever shipped can be pulled and re-assayed on request.
See the catalog →Mass spectrometry confirms the compound matches what the label says it is.
HPLC measures purity against a 99% minimum. Anything below it does not ship.
Moisture and powder condition are checked, since damp powder degrades in storage.
Screened for bacterial contaminants and heavy metals before release.
We keep a sample of every batch, so any batch can be re-tested on request.
Pick your material and pack size. Every listing shows its purity standard, storage, and full chemical details.
Confirm at checkout that you're a qualified researcher. We log it, and we ship to research addresses only.
Ships cold-packed from the US with tracking and the certificate for your exact batch.
Keep the freeze-dried powder at −20 °C, dry and out of the light. Handle under your own laboratory protocols.
Delivery, testing, and who we are permitted to supply.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day leave the same day. Everything ships cold-packed, and your tracking number is emailed the moment it goes out.
Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch alongside the certificate for that batch. Every order stays in your account with its batch numbers attached, so you can see exactly which batch you received and reorder it directly while stock of that batch remains.
Keep the freeze-dried powder at −20 °C, dry and out of the light. It ships cold-packed, so get it into cold storage on arrival. Handling, protective equipment, and disposal are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory and should follow your own institutional protocols for uncharacterised research materials.
Yes. Pricing is by pack size and the rate is applied on quantity of each material: 3 vials takes 10% off that material, 5 takes 15%, and 10 takes 22%. You do not need a code, and you can mix materials freely — the rate is worked out per material, not across the order.
Release testing is carried out by an external analytical laboratory. We are bound by a confidentiality agreement with that laboratory and cannot publish its name, so we publish the work instead: every Certificate of Analysis states the batch tested, the methods run, and the results obtained. Materials that miss the release specification are destroyed rather than downgraded or resold.
Release specification is ≥99% chromatographic purity by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry against the theoretical molecular weight. Each product listing publishes the CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight, appearance, and storage condition for that material.
Every shipment includes the Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch supplied. It is also emailed with your dispatch notification, and every certificate we have issued is searchable by lot number on this site — before you order, or years afterwards. You never need to request one. We do not supply Safety Data Sheets.
