Volume pricing, consolidated invoicing and reserved batch allocation for groups ordering at scale — with the same release standard and the same certificate on every lot.
Pack rates apply on the storefront without a code: 3 vials take 10% off, 5 take 15%, and 10 take 22%. The rate is calculated per material on the quantity of that material, so you can mix freely across an order and still hit the tier on each line.
Wholesale accounts price below the public tiers. Rates are set per account against expected monthly volume rather than published as a single table, because a group ordering one material in depth and a group ordering fourteen shallowly are not the same customer.
Ordering in depth is not only cheaper — it keeps your work on a single lot. Ten vials from one batch means one certificate, one assay, one set of numbers behind every result you generate.
Splitting the same volume across three restocks means three lots and three certificates, and any variance between them lands inside your data. Pack pricing exists to make the better experimental choice the cheaper one.
Wholesale accounts are invoiced per shipment, with terms available after the first order. The certificate for every lot supplied is attached to the invoice as well as emailed at dispatch.
Standing orders and reserved batch allocation are available for groups that need a specific lot held across a study — ask when the account is opened, since allocation has to be reserved before the batch is released to general stock.
Email hello@dialedbio.com with your institution or company, the materials you order most, and your expected monthly volume. Accounts are opened within one business day.
We supply research, laboratory, academic and business addresses. Every account holder completes the same researcher attestation as any other customer, and it is logged against each order.
Tell us what you order and how often. One business day to set up, and pack rates apply on the storefront in the meantime.
