The terms every order is supplied under. Short where it can be, specific where it has to be.
This site and the materials sold on it are operated by Dialed Bio ("we", "us"). By placing an order you ("you") agree to these terms.
If you are ordering on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to bind that institution to these terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a qualified researcher, or ordering on behalf of a laboratory, academic or commercial research institution.
Every order requires the researcher attestation set out in Research Use Only, which is recorded against the order. Supplying a false attestation voids the sale, and we may cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
Materials are supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. The following are prohibited and are a material breach of these terms:
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, and we may decline any order — including for failed attestation, an unserviceable destination, or suspected resale — and refund it in full.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Pack rates apply automatically per material on the quantity of that material. We correct pricing errors and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.
Dispatch times are set out in Shipping. Title and risk pass on delivery. Cover for damage and loss in transit is set out in Returns & Refunds.
Materials are released to ≥99% chromatographic purity by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, as reported on the certificate for the batch supplied.
If material does not meet the purity stated on its own certificate, we replace the order and refund what you paid, per Returns & Refunds. This is your exclusive remedy for a specification failure.
Beyond the batch specification stated on the certificate, materials are supplied "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We make no warranty that any material is suitable for any specific research application. Determining suitability is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or research outcomes, arising from the handling, storage, use, or misuse of materials supplied.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these terms, your handling or use of materials supplied, or any use inconsistent with the research-use-only attestation you accepted.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close any account used in breach of these terms.
All site content, including copy, imagery, certificates as presented, and the Dialed Bio name and marks, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time your order is placed, and the date below records the last change.
If something goes wrong, email hello@dialedbio.com first. Almost everything — a shipment, a specification question, a refund — is resolved in one exchange, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of you raising it in writing, either party may pursue it through the applicable courts. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement.
