What we can help with

• The certificate for a lot you hold, if you cannot find it in the register
• Order status, tracking, and anything damaged or missing
• Opening a wholesale account or reserving batch allocation
• Materials we do not currently list — ask, because stock often exists before it is quoted
• Specification questions: methods, release standard, storage, retention samples

What we cannot help with

We are a supplier of research reference materials. We are not a pharmacy, compounding facility, medical practice or healthcare provider, and we do not give medical advice.

That means we cannot answer questions about dosing, reconstitution, administration, protocols, or use in humans or animals — not as a policy of caution, but because doing so would misrepresent what these materials are sold for. Please do not ask; we will not answer, and the answer would not be worth having.
