Synthesis and in-process assay are carried out in house. Release testing is performed by an external analytical laboratory. We are bound by a confidentiality agreement with that laboratory and cannot publish its name, so we publish the work instead: every certificate states the batch tested, the methods run, and the results obtained.
Say what was measured, not who measured it. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is why every number on this site traces back to a document you can read.
Release specification is ≥99% chromatographic purity by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry against the theoretical molecular weight.
A batch that misses specification is destroyed. It is not relabelled, not downgraded, not sold into a second-tier line, and not quietly held back for a blend. There is no version of this business where off-spec material reaches a customer.

HPLC measures purity against the 99% minimum. Anything below it does not ship.

Material is released by lot, and each lot carries its own certificate. Nothing is combined between lots once it has been tested, so the lot number printed on your vial always maps to exactly one assay.
That is the difference between a certificate and a marketing claim. A supplier that blends after testing cannot tell you what is in the vial in front of you; we can, because the chain from assay to label is never broken.
Every lot is assayed before it goes on sale, and the certificate is published with it. You do not fill in a form, wait for a reply, or take our word for the number.
Each certificate names the material, the lot number, the assay date, the analytical methods run, and the measured result. The certificate for your exact batch is emailed at dispatch, and every certificate we have ever issued stays searchable by lot number on this site — before you order, or years afterwards.
Match the lot number printed on your vial to the lot number on the certificate. Those two agreeing is the whole verification — it is what tells you the document in front of you describes the powder in your hand and not a different batch of the same material.
If you hold material and cannot find its certificate, search the register by lot number. If it still does not appear, email the lot number to hello@dialedbio.com and it will be sent the same business day.
Materials are supplied freeze-dried and sealed against light and moisture. Keep the powder at −20 °C, dry and out of the light. Orders ship cold-packed and tracked, so get them into cold storage on arrival.
Safety Data Sheets are not supplied. Handling, protective equipment, hazard assessment and disposal are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory and must follow your own institutional protocols for uncharacterised research materials.
