Everything ships cold-packed and fully tracked from the United States. Material is freeze-dried and sealed against light and moisture, so it is stable in transit — the cold pack protects the margin, not the material.

We ship to research, laboratory, academic and business addresses. Every order requires the researcher attestation, which is logged against it; orders that cannot satisfy the attestation are cancelled and refunded in full.
We do not ship to any jurisdiction where the supply of these materials is restricted. If a destination cannot be served, the order is cancelled and refunded rather than held.
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving for more than five business days, email hello@dialedbio.com with the order number.
Damaged or lost shipments are replaced or refunded. You do not need to return a damaged parcel, and you do not fill in a form.
Every shipment includes the certificate of analysis for the specific batch supplied. It is emailed with the dispatch notification, and it stays searchable by lot number in the certificate register for as long as this site exists.
